Still working, though I think I can see the end from here. To celebrate my impending done-ness, I took a break in the middle of the day to go get my hair did (no, not really – I had an appointment). My roots were starting to look … um … epic. Anyway, click the link below to see the results via crappy phone-camera pic.
Don’t worry, it’s still blue/green. Just fresher and root-free.
BEHOLD.
With many thanks to Judy, at Aria Salon on Capitol Hill.
Yeah, I’m letting it grow out a bit. The short bob is cute, but lately I’ve been missing the length. Lucky for me, this stuff grows like bamboo.

Oh it looks awesome Cherie! I would LOVE to have my hair like that. Keep in with the work – and always remember that the books already published (like the amazing Boneshaker) are making an impact you can’t imagine. I loaned Boneshaker to a friend and am twitchy because it’s not here for a re-read. I don’t usually re-read to many books but this one….

It’s beautiful. And I wish my phone took pics that well. Just wanted you to know that I thoroughly enjoyed Boneshaker, and lent it to my mom who, also, thoroughly enjoyed it. I wish I had the guts to dye my hair, but as I still crash at my dad’s house I think I’ll spare him the stress. I hope to purchase another of your books in the near future, but I’m running on fumes for cash and I have three Charles De Lint books to go through before I can even begin to justify spending more money on books. I really, really loved Boneshaker. I’m not sure I can stress that enough. You managed to keep me guessing right till the end.
Anyway, I’ve rambled on enough. I have been stalking your website lately. I hope you won’t think me a creep.
