		<description>Awesome news on pretty much all fronts. Moving in January isn&#039;t &lt;em&gt;so&lt;/em&gt; bad. I&#039;ve done it and survived. Actually it was a similarly short move and I think it was the hassle of so much work for so short a distance that was the crappiest part to be honest. (Well that and I had the flu at the time.)</description>
