DragonCon Panels

I think I’ve got my panel schedule sorted out for DragonCon. The two track directors I’ve been working with – Scott and Derek – have been most helpful and accommodating, and I thank them both for their willingness to work with me, and with each other. Though this may change at some point, here’s what I’ve got for now:
- Friday:
7:00 p.m. – My So-Called LiveJournal (.com)*
8:30 p.m. – The Horror Cosmic – The Lovecraftian Influence
Saturday:
11:30 a.m. – Southern Horror
2:30 p.m. – Memento Mori – The Ghost Story Renaissance
Sunday:
11:30 a.m. – Divas of the Night – Women in Dark Fantasy
2:30 p.m. – Blogger’s Rights
Busy busy busy. But it will be quite a lot of fun, I bet. And also in the “makes me squeally” file — the SEBA trade show coming up 2 weeks after DragonCon. Yesterday afternoon I got my itinery from my magnificent publicist, Dot, and plans are firmly set in place. I’ll be flying into North Carolina on Friday, and flying back home to Chattanooga again Saturday night — which will make for a whirlwind of a weekend, but that’s fine.
And now, in lieu of a witty conclusion, I give you Mr. Whiskers. He who retrieves this sword from the belly of this cat shall be crowned KING OF ENGLAND. Or maybe Maine. He looks like a Maine Coon to me. [Alternate joke - via Ms. Violet - "That's what you get for marking Skeletor's couch."]

[...] Speaking of which — my panel schedule (which has changed 4 times since I got my “final” schedule) can be found here, and it is correct to the best of my knowledge. I’m sure one or two things more shall change once I get to Atlanta, but that’s how it always goes. Must be flexible. Must wear comfy shoes, at least during the day. [...]
